
Harvey Blues Guitar – Studio Policy
This policy is designed to ensure a smooth, respectful, and productive learning experience for all students. By booking lessons, you agree to the following terms.
Studio Policy
Lesson Scheduling & Format
All lessons are conducted online via Zoom.
Bookings are made in advance and scheduled by mutual agreement.
You’ll receive a calendar confirmation and reminder before each lesson.
Minimum 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule a lesson without charge.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will be charged in full.
Rescheduled lessons must be taken within the validity period of your lesson pack (see below).
Missed lessons without notice are non-refundable.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
If you’re running late, the lesson will continue until the scheduled end time.
If more than 15 minutes late without notice, the session will be marked as missed and charged.
Late Arrivals
Payment is required in advance for all lesson packs and single bookings.
Lesson packs are valid for 6 months from the date of the first lesson.
Unused lessons are non-refundable but may be transferred to another person upon request.
Payments & Lesson Packs
Come to each lesson prepared with your guitar, guitar tuner, a stable internet connection, and any assigned materials.
Practice between sessions is encouraged to maximise your progress.
Respectful communication and a positive attitude make for the best learning experience.

If you need help scheduling, have specific learning goals, or want to discuss a unique situation, feel free to reach out at any time. I aim to be flexible and supportive wherever possible.
Limitation of Liability & Disclaimers
Results Disclaimer: Progress and outcomes depend on each student’s effort, participation, and practice. No specific results can be guaranteed.
Technical Issues
If a lesson is interrupted or cannot take place due to technical issues originating from the instructor’s side (such as internet outages or Zoom malfunctions), the lesson will be rescheduled at no additional cost to the student.
If technical issues occur on the student’s side (such as loss of internet connection, device failure, or inability to access Zoom), the lesson will continue for any remaining time once the student reconnects, but additional time may not be added. If the student is unable to reconnect or continue, the lesson may be considered as delivered and charged in full.
It is the student’s responsibility to ensure they have a stable internet connection and functioning equipment for online lessons.
Health & Safety: Students are responsible for ensuring they are physically able to participate in guitar lessons. Please consult a medical professional if you have concerns about repetitive strain or other injuries. Harvey Blues Guitar is not liable for any injuries sustained during lessons or practice.
Liability Limitation: To the fullest extent permitted by law, Harvey Blues Guitar and its instructors are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in lessons.
Intellectual Property: All lesson materials, including recordings and written resources, remain the property of Harvey Blues Guitar and may not be distributed or used for commercial purposes without permission.

By booking and attending lessons, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the terms of this Studio Policy, including the Limitation of Liability & Disclaimers.
